As soon as your order is placed you will receive an email with your order details. Every time there is an update on your order status, you will receive an email so you can keep track of your order.
If you have received your order and something is wrong, we need to be notified within 5 days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, for help, please send a photo when you contact us. STONECREEKUSA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
